My pet just passed away. What do I do?
How do I know I'm receiving my own pet back?
This is of the utmost concern and something that sets us apart from others. We absolutely know your pet's cremated remains are your pet, only your pet, and all of your pet. How? Every cremation we do at Cruz Family Pet Cremations is a private cremation. Only one pet will be cremated at a time. Each pet is issued a stainless steel cremation tracking disc with a unique, non-repeated identification number from the moment they are taken into our care until they are safely home once more in yours. This is the same as the industry standard that Wells and Cruz Family Funeral Home follows for the human families we care for.
"I truly have to say, I didn't think I would be able to find such a caring place to have my guinea pig, Cappuccino, cremated. Not only are the prices amazing, but the package that they offered was phenomenal. I found myself in tears going through my entire bag of memorials. From the paw print to the gorgeous necklace, card of cremation and the beautiful urn. Everything was perfect and the paw print with the fur was exactly what I wanted, and I didn't know there was someone who thought of that like I would. That was my favorite part, the tuft of fur to remember her by. I can say I will be using this Funeral Home for my other pets when their time comes. I want them all to stay beautiful." -Ahmiah, August 31, 2023
