Patricia Joyce Mammolenti, age 88 of Mishawaka, passed away on Monday, July 20, 2026. Pat was born on March 17, 1938, in South Bend, Indiana to the late Paul Bernard and Edna May (O’Brien) Dickens. On December 26, 1955, she married Rocco “Roy” Mammolenti at St. Joseph Catholic Church in South Bend. Together, they shared over 63 years of marriage, love, and laughter.
She is survived by her children, Janice (Noel) Struck, Michele Mammolenti, Annette (Devin) Gosztola, Roy “Michael” (Bev) Mammolenti, and Nichole Mammolenti, along with 17 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Marie Mammolenti, and her siblings, Paul Dickens Jr., Lee Parmenter, Charles “Butch” Dickens, David Michael Dickens, and Suzanne “Sue” Dickens.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 pm Thursday, July 30, 2026 at Wells and Cruz Family Funeral Home in Mishawaka. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am Friday, July 31, 2026 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mishawaka. Following services, Pat will be laid to rest beside her husband, Roy, at Fairview Cemetery in Mishawaka.
Pat attended Adams High School and later Davenport College. She was employed as an estimator with North American Van Lines in South Bend and later worked at LS Ayres. Pat later took a position in the office at Envirocorp, before retiring in 2003. She was a longtime member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mishawaka, where she served as a Eucharistic Minister for many years.
Pat loved her family above all else and centered her life around them. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, creating memories that will be remembered for generations.
